Add-ons are optional, modular extensions that add extra features to Mumara Campaigns. You manage them under Setup → Add-ons, where every add-on appears as a card showing its name, description, version, vendor, and current status (Install, Installed, Enabled, or Disabled).
From this page you can:
Install an add-on from the available list, or upload your own custom add-on as a ZIP file (the structure is validated before installation).
Enter a license key for add-ons that require one, then click Verify to activate it.
Check for updates for all installed add-ons at once and update each one with the Update button.
Enable or disable add-ons at any time — disabling hides the features but preserves the add-on's data and settings, so you can re-enable it later.
Uninstall an add-on with the trash icon (this may permanently delete its data, so back up first).
Popular add-ons include Automations (workflow automation), Builder (the drag-and-drop email designer), Automatic DNS Sync, Contacts Importer, Pixel tracking, Shopify Integration, Contact Timeline, and Webhooks. Some add-ons (DNS, Shopify, Webhooks) have their own Settings page.
Worth knowing: back up before major updates; if an installation fails, check that the ZIP is valid and within upload size limits; and if license verification fails, confirm the key is correct and the domain matches your license.
