The Licensing page is where you view and manage your Mumara Campaigns license. Under Settings → Licensing you can enter or update your license key, check activation status, and see exactly which edition, addons, and features your plan includes.
When you enter a key and click Update, the system contacts Mumara's license server to validate it and retrieve your entitlements. The information panel shows your status badge (Active, Expired, Suspended, or Invalid), the registered holder, license type (Selfhosted or Cloud), edition, licensed domain, IP, and directory, the activation date, and a checklist of included addons such as Automations, Timeline, Webhooks, Two Factor Authentication, White Labeling, and the Drag & Drop Email Builder. A Refresh button re-validates your license on demand — useful after a renewal or plan upgrade. If you're eligible to upgrade, a Change Plan link appears next to your edition.
Worth knowing: your license is bound to your domain, server IP, and installation directory, so moving to a new server requires contacting Mumara support to update the binding before the key will validate again. If your server temporarily can't reach the license server, cached license data keeps working for a while, but extended offline periods may restrict functionality. If an addon shows in your list but isn't working, click Refresh first — it may also need separate installation via Add-ons Management.
