My Profile is where you manage your personal account details — your avatar, name, login email, contact information, and locale preferences. Open it by clicking your avatar in the top-right corner and selecting My Profile. From the same page, a left sidebar lets you switch between My Profile and Security.
The Profile tab covers your avatar (click the pencil icon to upload a new image, or the X to remove it), your Email Address (this is your login — changing it changes your sign-in credentials) and your display Name, plus additional fields your administrator has configured, such as phone, company, and address details. Fields marked with an asterisk are required. The Locale tab controls your Time Zone, interface Language, and Date/Time Format. These matter more than they look: campaigns you schedule send according to your configured time zone, and all statistics, activity logs, and reports display times converted to it.
Worth knowing: only languages your administrator has installed appear in the Language dropdown — ask them to add one if it's missing. Always click Save after making changes. If a time zone change doesn't seem to apply, hard-refresh the page or log out and back in. For avatars, use JPG, PNG, or GIF images under 2MB. Keep your time zone matched to your actual location so scheduled broadcasts go out when you expect.
