Scheduling is where you connect a broadcast to its recipients and delivery settings and actually send it. You create campaigns under Actions → Schedule and monitor them under Campaigns → Scheduled Campaigns.
The wizard has 4 steps:
Campaign Type — name the campaign, choose Regular, Split Test, or Evergreen, then pick recipients: multiple contact lists or a single segment, with optional target audience filters (e.g. by status, confirmation, or creation date).
Broadcasts — select one or more broadcasts; with several selected, the system rotates them so each contact receives one variation.
Sending Nodes — choose the SMTP servers, the sending mode (Batches for speed or Loop), and the rotation pattern (Sequential or Random) to distribute load and improve deliverability.
Settings — send now or later, threads and optional hourly speed limit, tracking (unsubscribe link, opens, clicks — all on by default), skip duplicates and skip unconfirmed (on by default), optional List-Unsubscribe header, sender details (from the node or custom), and a test preview.
After submitting, the campaign moves through statuses like Pending, Preparing, Running, and Completed; it can be Paused manually, System Paused if all sending nodes become unavailable, or Auto Paused when a sending limit is reached (it resumes automatically when the quota resets). Worth knowing: test previews don't convert personalization variables, and if contacts aren't receiving, check confirmation status, audience filters, and suppression lists.
