The Campaigns module is where you create, schedule, and send email communications in Mumara Campaigns. Everything lives under the Campaigns menu, and the workflow always follows three steps: create a broadcast (the email content — subject, preheader, HTML body, plain-text version), schedule it (pick recipients, sending servers, delivery time, and tracking options), then the system sends and tracks opens, clicks, unsubscribes, and bounces.
The module supports several campaign types:
Broadcasts — one-time emails such as newsletters, announcements, and promotions
Split Tests — A/B testing to compare variations and find the best performer
Drip Campaigns — automated sequences (welcome series, onboarding) started by Triggers under Actions → Triggers
Evergreen Campaigns — recurring sends on a schedule, optionally driven by RSS feeds
Spintax and Dynamic Content Tags — rotating text variations and conditional content blocks
Recipients can be contact lists (one or more) or dynamic segments, and personalization is available everywhere via merge tags: recipient fields like %%first_name%%, Spintax {{tag}}, dynamic content [[tag]], and general system variables.
Worth knowing: to get started, create a broadcast under Campaigns → Broadcasts, then schedule it from Campaigns → Scheduled Campaigns; always send yourself a test preview first; and keep compliance in mind — include an unsubscribe link, a clear sender identity, and a physical address where required by law.
