You open the AI Builder in one of two modes: from Campaigns → Broadcasts → Add New → Use AI Builder (standalone — clicking Use This Email creates a new broadcast), or via the AI Builder button inside an existing broadcast (linked — the AI updates that broadcast's HTML directly, leaving its subject, name, and other settings untouched).
The workflow is simple: pick a tier from the top-bar dropdown (Mumara AI Balanced is the default), type a descriptive request, and send with Enter (Shift+Enter adds a new line). The AI generates the email in roughly 1–15 seconds and the right-side preview renders it live. Then iterate with follow-up messages — the conversation is multi-turn, so the AI remembers your original request and every change, letting you refine step by step ("change the button to green", "add a testimonial above the footer") without repeating yourself. You can also attach images as design references via the upload button.
Prompt quality matters most: be specific about colors, layout, sections, and tone — "create a product launch email with a dark blue theme, hero banner, 3 feature cards, and an orange CTA button" beats "make an email". All conversations are saved in the History drawer to resume later; New Chat starts fresh without deleting anything.
Worth knowing: long conversations (20+ messages) get slower and costlier, so start fresh ones for new emails; and after using the email, add a subject line, preheader, and plain-text version in the broadcast editor, then send a test.
