The AI Email Builder lets you create complete, responsive HTML emails by describing what you want in plain language — no coding or block-dragging required. Open it from Campaigns → Broadcasts → Add New by choosing AI Email Builder from the builder options, or click the AI Builder button inside an existing broadcast to link the conversation to it.
The interface is split-screen: you chat with Mumara AI on the left while a live preview on the right renders each generated email instantly. Refinement is conversational — ask for color changes, new sections, or layout adjustments and the AI updates the design. When you're happy, click Use This Email to save it straight into a new or existing broadcast. You can choose between three AI tiers (Mumara AI Fast, Mumara AI, and Mumara AI Advanced) to balance speed, quality, and cost, attach images for visual reference, and resume any previous conversation from history.
Mumara AI also appears in two other places: Builder AI Chat inside the Drag & Drop builder, and Drip Campaign AI in the drip editor. All AI features share one credit system — each request consumes credits based on tier and complexity, every license includes free credits, and more can be purchased anytime.
Worth knowing: the feature requires a Commercial license, a valid license key (used automatically for authentication), an administrator enabling it under Settings → AI Settings, and available credits. If the option doesn't appear, ask your administrator to verify those requirements.
