Mumara AI comes in three tiers that balance speed, output quality, and credit cost differently. You pick a tier from the tier selector dropdown in the top bar of the AI Builder chat panel before sending a message, and you can switch tiers between messages within the same conversation.
Mumara AI Fast — the quickest (1–3 seconds) and cheapest tier. Best for brainstorming layouts, generating subject lines, quick edits, plain-text emails, and rapid iteration. Complex multi-section designs may need extra follow-up refinements.
Mumara AI (Balanced) — the default and recommended tier for most work. It reliably produces well-structured, responsive HTML emails on the first attempt and handles newsletters, promotions, welcome emails, event invitations, and most day-to-day tasks at a moderate cost.
Mumara AI Advanced — the highest quality tier (5–15 seconds per response) for high-stakes campaigns like product launches and investor updates, or unusually complex layouts. It costs significantly more credits, and for routine emails the quality gain over Balanced may not justify the price.
To save credits: start with Fast for ideation and switch up for the final version, write a specific first prompt, request targeted changes ("make the button green") instead of full rewrites, and start a new conversation for each new email rather than extending a long one.
Worth knowing: your administrator controls which tiers are available — if the dropdown only shows one tier, the others have been disabled in AI Settings.
