AI Settings is the admin page where you configure Mumara AI for your installation, available under Settings → AI Settings on a Commercial license. Authentication is automatic — your existing license key is used to reach Mumara's AI services, so there are no separate API keys to set up.
The page gives you:
A live credit balance card showing your installation-wide Mumara AI credits plus usage today and this month, with a Purchase Credits button ($5 to $500 presets or a custom amount; credits are added immediately).
The Enable AI Email Builder master toggle — when off, AI options disappear everywhere in the app.
A customizable System Prompt that shapes every AI conversation; include brand colors, fonts, logo URL, email width, and tone for consistent results across all users.
Checkboxes to enable or disable the three AI tiers (Fast, Balanced, Advanced); at least one must stay enabled.
A built-in Credit Usage Guide ($1 = 1,000 credits, with per-task cost ranges).
User Credit Markup % (default 50%, max 500%) — the percentage added on top of base AI cost for every user request; set 0% to charge at cost.
Per-feature access (AI Broadcast Chat, AI Builder Chat, AI Drip Chat, AI Assistants) is granted per role under Users → User Roles. Worth knowing: when the master balance hits zero, AI features stop for all users until credits are replenished — everything else in Mumara keeps working.
