Set up and manage user packages by choosing what features, limits, and permissions each one includes. Make sure each package fits the user's subscription level so they get the right service.
Create packages by setting limits on emails, contacts, and other features. These packages must be set up before adding users.
Note:! Each package includes user limits and defines the user role.

Click on the [+Add New] button to start adding a package.

User role * | Drop-Down | Select user to be assigned to the package, defining user privileges and access levels |
Hourly speed | Numeric | Set the hourly sending limit for this package. Users subscribed to this package will not be able to send more emails than this limit. |
Daily limit | Numeric | Specify the maximum number of emails a user can send per day. |
Monthly quota | Numeric | Define the maximum number of emails a user can send per month. |
Maximum contacts | Numeric | Set the limit for the number of contacts a user can add or import. |
Maximum sending domains | Numeric | Specify the maximum number of sending domains a user can add to their account. |
Maximum sending nodes | Numeric | Define the limit for the number of sending nodes a user can add. |
Maximum segments | Numeric | Set the limit on the number of segments users can create. |
Maximum triggers | Numeric | Set the maximum number of triggers users can create. |
Trigger actions monthly limit | Numeric | Set the monthly limit for the number of trigger actions users can execute. |
Maximum evergreen campaigns | Numeric | Set the maximum number of Evergreen campaigns users can create. |
