Timeline records a fixed set of event types against each contact, split into lifecycle and engagement events. Lifecycle events are: Contact Added (added to a list), Contact Edited (details changed, with a before/after summary of the modified fields), Lists Merged (the contact moved to a new list when two lists were merged, showing the source and destination lists), Contact Split (moved when a list was split), and Unsubscribed. Engagement events are: Broadcast Sent (with the subject line), Trigger Sent, Drip Sent (the drip and its group), Email Opened, Link Clicked (with the clicked URL), Bounced, and Spam Complaint. Each event is timestamped in the contact owner's timezone and shown newest-first in the Subscriber Timeline panel, with links through to the related list, campaign, broadcast, or drip where applicable. Deleted lists or campaigns are shown gracefully as "Deleted" rather than broken links.
