The Timeline addon gives every contact a complete, time-ordered activity history — a single place to see everything that has happened to a subscriber and everything they have done. It records lifecycle events (added to a list, details edited, moved between lists when lists are merged or split, unsubscribed) and engagement events (broadcasts, triggers and drips sent to them, email opens, link clicks, bounces, and spam complaints). The timeline appears inside the subscriber side panel on your contact and list pages: open a contact, expand the "Subscriber Timeline" section, and scroll the newest-first history with a "Load More" button. You turn Timeline on and choose how events are processed under Application Settings → Triggers; fresh installs enable it automatically and pick a sensible processing mode for you. Timeline is a native Mumara addon, enabled from Setup → Add-ons.
