Automations offers five actions. Send an Email is a three-step wizard: Setup (action label, sending node, sender info from the node, contact list or custom, optional specific execution time with Send Now or Next Day handling if that time has passed, open and click tracking, Skip Un-confirmed, Unsubscribe-Link for the body, and since version 3.1 the List-Unsubscribe header with separate switches for the unsubscribe link and unsubscribe email address), Email Content (select an existing broadcast or design a new one), and Confirm (send a test preview, which does not convert system variables). Notify admin sends an internal alert to a fixed To Email address with its own subject, sending node, sender details, and message; it never carries an unsubscribe header. Operation copies or moves contacts to another list with Skip duplicate or Overwrite duplicate handling; conditions cannot be placed after an Operation. Wait pauses a contact for a chosen delay from 1 minute up to 2 months, or a custom value. Evaluate a condition splits the path into a yes branch and a no branch based on whether the contact opened a previous workflow email or clicked a link in it, within a delay you choose; the referenced email must have the matching tracking enabled.
