Users are the client accounts that can log in to Mumara Campaigns, each with permissions and resource limits determined by their assigned package. You manage them under Users → Users, where the list shows each client's name, email, package, status, language, creation date, and (on Commercial ESP) credit balance, alongside a counter of your user limit (e.g., "21 / 100").
Creating a user is a 2-step wizard. Step 1 captures the name, login email, password, interface language, and optional allowed IP addresses (one per line) to restrict where the account can log in from. Step 2 assigns a package and lets you either inherit limits from it — hourly rate, daily and monthly sending limits, trigger actions, and more — or toggle inheritance off to set custom values per user. You can also force DKIM authentication, a custom tracking domain, or a custom bounce domain before the user can send. From each row's ⋯ menu you can edit, delete, Activate, Suspend, Close Account, add credits (Commercial ESP), or Login as user to troubleshoot from their account.
Worth knowing: packages must exist before you can create users; suspended users can't log in but their data is preserved, while deleting a user permanently removes the account and its data; when editing, leave the password fields blank to keep the current password; and custom per-user limits override the package values.
