Whenever you export data from Mumara — contact lists, segments, suppression entries, or campaign statistics — the generated file lands under Tools → Exported Files, where you can download, monitor, or delete it.
Each row shows the file name, export type, the user who created it, the creation date, and a Download column that displays a loading spinner while the export is still being generated and a green download icon once the file is ready. Files come as CSV or ZIP. You can filter between admin exports ("Our records") and client user exports ("User records"), narrow by a specific administrator, search by keyword, and delete files individually via the three-dot Actions menu or in bulk using the checkboxes and BULK ACTIONS dropdown.
The most important column is Deleting In — a live countdown (e.g. "47:59:31") showing when the file will be automatically removed to conserve server storage. Download files you need before the timer runs out; deleted exports cannot be recovered. The retention period is configurable under Application Settings.
Worth knowing: if an export stays stuck on the loading spinner, check Failed Jobs for export errors and verify on Cron Status that background processing is running. If a file you expect isn't listed, try switching between the Our records and User records filters. Export files often contain sensitive contact data, so store downloaded copies securely and remove them when no longer needed.
