The Statistics module is where you measure how your email marketing performs — opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes, complaints, and full delivery logs. It is split into three areas under the Statistics menu:
Broadcast Stats — performance of one-time campaigns: sent, delivered, unique and total opens and clicks, hard and soft bounces, unsubscribes, and spam complaints.
Evergreen Stats — recurring campaigns, with the run count, last run time, and cumulative performance across all executions.
Trigger Stats — automation triggers, showing how many times each fired, what actions were taken, and the success rate.
The key rates are calculated consistently throughout: delivery rate is delivered ÷ sent, open rate is unique opens ÷ sent, click rate is unique clicks ÷ sent, and click-through rate (CTR) is unique clicks ÷ unique opens. Bounce, complaint, and unsubscribe rates are each measured against the number sent.
A Live Mode toggle on the Broadcast Stats listing and detail pages refreshes the numbers every 8 seconds — useful while a campaign is actively sending. It reads lightweight pre-computed counters, so it won't strain your server, and your on/off preference is saved in the browser so it persists between visits. You can export statistics as CSV files per metric, a PDF summary report, or a complete ZIP package. Note that access to statistics pages, detailed data, and exports is controlled by permissions, so some users may see less than administrators do.
