Broadcast Stats, under Statistics → Broadcast Stats, shows the performance of every campaign you've sent. The listing page summarizes each campaign with contacts, sent, skipped, opened and clicked (shown as Unique / Total), and unsubscribes, plus a colored status dot (black = complete, blinking green = sending, blue = scheduled, orange = paused, red = stopped by the system). A Live Mode toggle refreshes the data every 8 seconds, and your browser remembers your preference.
Clicking the Details icon opens the full statistics for one campaign, organized into tabs:
Summary — key metrics (open rate, click rate, CTR, bounces, unsubscribes), the campaign's configuration record, a top-domains chart, and a world map of opens. Click the eye icon next to Skipped to see exactly why contacts were excluded (suppressed, unsubscribed, bounced, duplicates, etc.) with per-category CSV downloads.
Opened / Clicked / Unsubscribed — every event with IP, location, browser, OS, and timestamp, plus an Exclude bots toggle to filter automated opens and clicks from security scanners.
Bounced / Complaints — failures with SMTP codes (hard vs soft) and spam complaints from ISP feedback loops.
Logs — the full delivery trail for every email, filterable by status.
A/B — compare results by list, broadcast variation, sending node, top links, or browser.
Everything is exportable (PDF overview, per-metric CSVs, or a complete ZIP); large exports are processed in the background and appear under Tools → Exported Files. Keep bounce rates under 2-3% and complaint rates under 0.1%.
